The wallet
Your wallet is prepaid credit. It pays your plan each month and anything that costs us money per use, such as text messages. Add credit in packs of €10.00, €25.00, €50.00, €100.00 by card; credit does not expire.
Payments, taxes and refunds
Card payments are processed by our payment provider Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, collects and pays any VAT or sales tax due, and sends your receipt. We never see your card details. You can cancel a plan at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Read our Refund policy, Terms of Service and Privacy policy.
