Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Version 1.0.0, last updated 2026-10-23.
This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to purchases from RMySitesUp (company name TBD) ("we") for RMySitesUp (company name TBD). Nothing in it limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Where you bought matters
- Bought from us directly (our website or checkout): this policy applies.
- Bought through an app store or platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, console or PC storefronts): the store is the seller of record and handles refunds, cancellations and billing. Request a refund from the store using its own process; we cannot refund those payments, but we will help confirm facts and may revoke the purchased item when the store refunds. Store rules and your local law decide your rights there.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time in your account settings or by writing to hello@rmysitesup.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods unless the law or this policy says otherwise. Cancelling is as easy as signing up, and we remind you before a renewal or a trial converting to a paid plan where the law requires.
Right of withdrawal for consumers (EU, UK and similar laws)
If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country that gives a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving a reason.
Digital content and digital services. If you ask us to begin supplying a digital service or digital content (for example access, credits or virtual items) during the withdrawal period and confirm that you understand that you may lose your right of withdrawal, then:
- for digital content not on a physical medium, once supply has started with your express consent you lose the right to withdraw;
- for a digital service, you may still withdraw within the period but pay a proportionate amount for what has been supplied up to the moment you tell us.
We ask for this consent at checkout. If you did not give it, the full withdrawal right applies.
How to withdraw. Send a clear statement (for example by email to hello@rmysitesup.com) of your decision to withdraw, with your name, the order or account details and the date of purchase. You may use the form below but need not. We will confirm receipt and refund you within 14 days of learning of your decision, using the same payment method.
Model withdrawal form (complete and return only if you want to withdraw) To RMySitesUp (company name TBD), Address TBD, hello@rmysitesup.com: I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the supply of the following service/digital content: __ ; ordered on / received on: __ ; name: __ ; address: __ ; date: __ (signature only if on paper).
Other countries
Some places give extra cancellation or refund rights (for example cooling-off periods, automatic-renewal rules in several US states, or statutory guarantees in Australia, New Zealand and the UK). Where mandatory, they apply and override anything less favourable in this policy.
When we refund
We will refund, in full or in part as appropriate:
- a duplicate or erroneous charge, or a charge you did not authorise (report it promptly; we may ask for details);
- a purchase where the service could not be provided or is materially defective and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time;
- a purchase you request to cancel within 14 days if you have not used what you bought (including unused credits), at our discretion where no legal right applies;
- anything else we agree in writing.
Otherwise, fees paid are non-refundable, including for partial periods, used or consumed items, and accounts closed for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. Refunds go to the original payment method; we may refund in credits only if you ask for it.
Credits and virtual items
Unused prepaid credits may be refunded within the period above. Credits and virtual items that have been spent or consumed are not refundable except where the law requires. If we end a service, we handle remaining paid balances as described in the Terms of Service.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer: we usually resolve it faster. If you open a dispute for a charge that is valid, we may suspend the account until it is resolved and share the evidence of delivery and use with the payment provider.
Taxes and currency
Refunds include the tax that was charged. If you paid in another currency, the amount returned may differ because of exchange-rate movements and bank fees outside our control.
How to ask
Write to hello@rmysitesup.com with your account email, order or receipt number and a short description. We reply within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve the matter you may contact your local consumer authority.
